~ No party/No Smoking /No drug/No marijuana/No pets allowed in this property!!!
~please close the front and back door whenever you step into the house to keep the house insulated from animals, heat, cold, ,,,,
~We want to be respectful of everyone's sleeping schedule. We ask to be considerate of noise between 10:00 PM-7 AM. Please turn down music and reduce noise levels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 PM. to 9 AM. on Sundays and holidays, If you check in after 10:00 PM, please DON'T slam your car doors (close your car door carefully and quietly :-),
we have contractor removing snow for driveway , path to the front door , and city sidewalk ,During continuous snowfalls. Our contractors priority shifts to public safety and city bylaws. they make sure public
walkways are clear ,One visit per 24 hours during continuous snowfalls. Driveways are cleared as needed until the snow event is completed.
we can NOT guarantee our property is the first visit to clear the snow and can NOT guarantee every piece of ice is cleared by contractor, but we provide shovel (or ice melt) for you as needed,
please watch your steps and be careful to get in and out the place, WINTER is coming!
